Be aware that there are security validations that occur after you submit a request and these are such that you will not get notified in the case of a no-match or other failure. Also, it may take up to 7 days for us to confirm your request (usually less than 4). Please note Cyber1 staff are volunteers who work real jobs for a living. If your reset request does not generate a response, please just submit a request for a new signon, then login using pterm, and drop us a note in the notesfile "request".
